Turn ur TV OFF all day LONG...

some people talking about politics...some other talking about the new story about her favourite opera soap or sinetron...children and teenager talking about the story about her favourite boyband...father n son fight each other because of their different pleasure about their favourite movie...so..,until when this kind of uglyness threatenings our nation..?
turn off your television while you still have time....watching television does'nt provide any benefit...your brain washed...your emotions played...don't watching television even if you have a lot of time...better ur spent your time doing some other benefit action...like reading, light exercise etc....
